Sut mae defnyddio’r Llyfrgell Deganau How to use the Toy Library

  1. Cwblhewch a dychwelwch y Ffurfleni Aelodaeth.
  2. Dewisiwch degan sydd yn y Catalog Teganau.
  3. Llenwch y ffurflen archebu a’i dychwelyd at:
    Partneriaeth Plant Sir Gaerfyrddin,
    Ty Llwyn Pisgwydd,
    Lôn Pisgwydd
    Caerfyrddin, SA31 1SW
    neu ffoniwch cais i swyddfa Partneriaeth Plant ar 01267 224282.
    ebost: TLHoward@carmarthenshire.gov.uk
  4. Fe fydd amser casglu tegan yn cael ei drefnu.
  5. Os nad yw’r tegan a ddewisioch ar gael fe wnawn geisio rhoi eich 2il neu’ch 3ydd dewis i chi, gallwch roi eich enw ar restr aros am eich dewis 1af o degan.
  6. Bydd llythyr atgoffa’n cael ei anfon hyd at bythefnos cyn bo’n amser dychwelyd y tegan.

  1. Please complete and return the Membership Forms.
  2. Choose a Toy from the Toy Catalogue.
  3. Fill in the order form and return to:
    Children’s Partnership,
    Lime Grove House,
    Lime Grove Avenue,
    Carmarthen, SA31 1SW
    or telephone your toy request to the Children’s Partnership office on 01267 224282.

  4. Collection of the toy will be arranged.
  5. If toy you have selected is unavailable, we will try to supply you with your 2nd or 3rd choice of toy, and can put your name on a reserve list for your 1st choice toy.
  6. A reminder will be issued to you two weeks before the toy is due to be returned.
